Bosch has expanded its wiper blade portfolio with new rear wiper blades for OE (Original Equipment) and the independent aftermarket with 31 new part numbers.

Bosch has expanded its wiper blade portfolio with new rear wiper blades for OE (Original Equipment) and the independent aftermarket with 31 new part numbers. These rear wiper blade part numbers cover 32 million vehicles in the U.S and Canada and provide 92 percent total market coverage for the most popular domestic, Asian and European vehicles.

Features of the new Bosch rear wiper blades include wear-resistant natural rubber that ensures smooth and quiet operation as well as a specialty coated wiping edge that contributes to a long service life.

“Innovative technology, long-lasting wiping performance and extensive coverage have been the hallmark of Bosch wiper blades that have been so popular with OEMs and the aftermarket for more than 75 years,” said Jessica Korynski, Product Manager, Wiper Blades, Automotive Aftermarket Division, Robert Bosch LLC. Bosch now has rear wiper blades that feature the same quality and performance as OE blades, and suit the most popular makes and models – Buick, Jeep, Honda, Toyota, Lexus, Audi, VW, BMW, Mercedes Benz and more.

“As more crossovers and SUVs are introduced into the vehicle population, the number of vehicles in operation (VIO) equipped with a rear wiper blade has increased to 41 percent,” said Korynski. “With this line, Bosch provides 92 percent rear wiper blade coverage with exclusive OE coverage for many domestic and European vehicles.”
