XL Parts acquires Dallas/Fort Worth operations of Concho Supply

Houston-based wholesale automotive parts distributor XL Parts has completed the acquisition of Concho Supply’s four Dallas/Fort Worth Texas locations.

The assets and operations acquired by XL Parts include the wholesale locations in Dallas, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth Texas only. The transaction closed on Monday, May 20, 2013. This acquisition gives XL Parts an increased market share, allowing for the expansion of their current marketing strategies and continued growth. This growth includes a new expanded distribution center in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that will be operational summer 2013.

XL Parts, a member of the National Pronto Association, operates stores in Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Oklahoma City and Baton Rouge metropolitan areas, providing replacement parts for the automotive aftermarket as well as new and used car dealerships.

Concho Supply, also a member of the National Pronto Association, will continue to own and operate their remaining locations in Abilene, Temple, Georgetown and San Angelo servicing central and west Texas including the panhandle.
