ACI Parts Warehousing, an auto parts distribution company based in Wyoming, Mich., has joined the VIPAR Heavy Duty network of distributors as a stockholder. The company purchased H&H Wheel Service Inc. earlier this year in a strategic decision to expand their heavy-duty program offerings.

Established in 1931, ACI Parts Warehousing is led by Kevin VanKoevering, CEO; Shirley VanKoevering, president; and Imants Kreslins, vice president. The company's main warehouse is located in Wyoming, with stores dedicated to servicing the heavy-duty truck market in Toledo, Ohio, and in Petoskey, Muskegon, Rothbury, Howell and Madison Heights, Mich. The company offers a complete line of parts for heavy-duty tractor/trailer applications.

"ACI Parts Warehousing and their management team are dedicated to growing their heavy duty distribution business with a commitment to expand its depth and breadth of inventory, a sales team with the experience to gain market share by selling on value added service instead of price and exceeding the demands of their customers," said Jim Pennig, vice president, business development, VIPAR Heavy Duty. “We are excited to help ACI Parts Warehousing grow their business with the leading brands in the industry.”
