NGK Spark Plugs announces four new aftermarket positions

NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) announced the addition of Gladys Kurzava as Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative, and the promotion of three others.

NGK Spark Plugs (U.S.A.) announced the recent addition of Gladys Kurzava to the position of Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative, and the promotions of Lisa Rodriguez to Social Media & Events Administrator, Terrence Steffes to Marketing Services Manager, and Nikki White to Assistant Product Services Manager.

Gladys Kurzava began in May as Bi-lingual Customer Service Representative in the Aftermarket division. In addition to assisting the team with all Customer Service issues, Kurzava will also support our Spanish-speaking customers. Kurzava will report to Carrie Gajewski, Customer Service Supervisor-Aftermarket.

Lisa Rodriguez has been with NGK for two years. In her new role, Rodriguez will focus her efforts on leading marketing strategies and initiatives, within the scope of global social media and national consumer events and trade shows. Rodriguez will continue to report to Terrence Steffes, Marketing Services Manager.

Terrence Steffes has been with NGK for over seven years. Previously the Media Supervisor, Steffes was recently promoted to Marketing Services Manager. Steffes will manage all graphic and advertising needs of the Aftermarket brand. Steffes will maintain control of the NGK website, as well as manage all marketing collateral. Steffes will continue to report to Mark Sprague, Corporate Marketing Manager.

Nikki White has been with NGK for over six years. Previously the Product Marketing Analyst, White was promoted to Assistant Product Services Manager. White will manage the Product group, which includes product development, cataloging, and sales support. White will report to Mark Sprague, Corporate Marketing Manager.
