2005 Technician Attitude Study

Jan. 1, 2020
Our third annual study should educate parts distributors on where these very important customers shop and what their overall preferences are.

Our Technician Attitude Study analyzes 17 product categories. The report (published in October 2005) asked technicians to answer questions regarding why they make specific purchases and who they buy their parts from.
