POMONA, Calif. — Keystone Automotive Industries conducted its first Collision Repair Industry Customer Advisory Council in Scottsdale, Ariz., on January 16.

The council, which took place at the Radisson Fort McDowell Resort, brought together experienced collision repair leaders in the first of several meetings scheduled for 2007 and beyond.

“I would like to personally thank everyone who participated in this council,” said Vice President Christopher Northup. “It was a great opportunity for open communication and will support us in creating a better Keystone for all our customers. We will use the insight and knowledge gained when considering future business development and strategic direction.”

The meeting, facilitated by Vincent Romans of The Romans Group and by Matthew Ohrnstein of Symphony Advisors, was attended by Dan McKinley of Service King, Don Keenan of Keenan Auto Body, Chuck Hansen of Hansen’s Auto Body, Paul Kraus of Craftsman, Rick Wood of Cooks Collision, Nick Gojmeric of Collision Plus, Geri Kottschade of Jerry’s Collision Center, Tim O’Day of Gerber Collision, Jeannie Silver of Carstar and Bill Lawrence of LC Automotive Group.

“These types of meetings will help focus Keystone’s long-term efforts to create a win-win situation for consumers, collision repairers and insurance companies alike,” says Northup.
