LOS ANGELES - After four consecutive years of earning honors for innovative new products, Rancho is again proving its engineering and product development leadership in the off-road industry by earning its third "Best New Product" award in the Off-Road/4-Wheel Drive category at the 2007 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show for its brand-new MyRide Tuning System and Wireless Controller.

"Rancho is at the forefront of designing technologies that the enthusiast demands... even if it is completely cutting edge and never seen before in the industry," said Rancho General Manager Joe Pase. "MyRide illustrates Rancho's commitment to developing products that maximize the enthusiast experience on- or off-road."

Previous wins include Off-Road/4-Wheel Drive category awards for the 2004 Rancho Ford Super Duty suspension system, 2005 Rancho Hummer H3 suspension system, and 2006 Rancho QuickLIFT technology.

Noted as the industry's first company to introduce adjustable shock absorbers, Rancho launched the Rancho MyRide Tuning System in its RS9000XL and QuickLIFT shock absorbers, which include a combination of Rancho innovations, like a patented tri-tube, mono-flow design and oil flow metering system, and now the industry?s first Wireless Controller.

Designed for a wide-range of driver profiles, from the casual truck enthusiast to the dedicated off-roader, the new Rancho MyRide Tuning System makes it easy for any driver to adjust the ride from firm to soft and anywhere in between, making ride control simple and precise.

The MyRide Tuning System includes the first-ever MyRide Wireless Controller that allows for wireless, remote tuning of RS9000XL series shock absorbers. The Wireless Controller includes a variety of one-touch presets, including Highway, Sport, Tow/Haul, Off-Road, and a driver-determined MyRide, which allows the owner to set his own preferred ride setting and save it for future use.

Operating on an RF band to avoid interruption, the Wireless Controller also features a backlit screen with powersaver mode and convenient, readily available AAA battery power. Replacement controllers with easy to operate synch cable also will be available.

The Wireless Controller's versatile design allows for mounting or storage virtually anywhere within the vehicle. Utilizing a water-resistant construction, the Wireless Controller has a range of operation of up to 50 feet.

The Rancho MyRide system features a powerful, quiet-running air compressor, solenoid switching manifold, air lines and necessary fittings. Including simple, easy-to-follow directions, the new MyRide system is easily installed and requires no programming.

The MyRide Controller wirelessly tunes any front and rear mounted Rancho RS9000XL series or Rancho QuickLIFT shock absorbers.
