APA Search, the automotive aftermarket’s top retained executive search company, has launched a new website designed to offer job seeker’s confidentiality and an improved database design that will enable APA’s recruiters to find them faster.

The new database is completely indexed, enabling the recruiting staff at APA to quickly sort all candidates registered on the site by specific job title and segment experience.

“Once registered, our recruiters will be able to find candidates very quickly. The information will go into a highly indexed, searchable database and our registered candidates will hear about new opportunities more frequently,” said Howard Kesten, President of APA Search.

The candidate registration page is easier to use, candidates can directly upload their information to the site where it is immediately accessible to APA’s recruiters. Candidates’ information is strictly confidential and only viewable by APA Search.

The improved website also provides candidates with a list of current search assignments and informative articles for job seekers and industry employers.

Candidates who have previously registered on the site are urged to re-register their information in the updated system in order to benefit from the new features and to keep their information current.
