UpdatePromise debuts GoMoto Consumer Experience Kiosk at NACE Automechanika in Chicago this week. The latest addition to the UpdatePromise solution elevates the Consumer Experience by providing a Virtual Service Advisor using progressive technology that provides straight-forward customer check-in, after hours vehicle pickup and payment, digital transaction docs, equity mining, and recommended service upselling, with customized promotions and a branded user interface.
