Epicor Software Corporation entered into a multifaceted agreement with the Aftermarket Auto Parts Alliance (Alliance), through which the companies will collaborate on a variety of IT-related services.

These services include eCommerce-enhancing tools to reinforce the Alliance’s status as the aftermarket program group with cutting-edge technologies.

Epicor has been a longstanding provider to the Alliance of electronic catalog data, data warehouse services and a variety of related solutions. The new, three-year agreement continues these services, which will be paired with Alliance technology tools to enable award-winning inventory modeling capabilities, leading-edge vertical category management initiatives and enhanced marketing programs for Alliance shareholders.

“Epicor is a longtime technology partner that has helped us expand the capabilities and competitive value of our technology,” said Alliance Chief Information Officer Dale Hopkins. “We think this new agreement will enable quicker decision making and expedite the deployment of new technologies that will continue to make the Alliance Technology Suite the standard of the aftermarket.”

“The Alliance has been a valued partner of ours for more than 10 years,” said Steve Bieszczat, senior vice president, automotive and marketing, retail distribution solutions for Epicor. “This new contract allows us to strengthen our relationship as we help the Alliance leverage the value of their world-class product information, business intelligence and connectivity.”
