GEN3SYS XT Pro High Penetration Drilling Products

The Allied Machine & Engineering GEN3SYS XT Pro High Penetration Drilling Products features enhanced holders and inserts with three unique geometries and two advanced coatings. The XT Pro inserts are designed for ISO material classes. They are offers for steels (class P), cast irons (class K) and non-ferrous materials (class N). The drill inserts are available in diameters ranging from 11 mm to 35mm, and are available in 0.1 mm increments. Holders in the XT Pro line are offered in depth-to-diameter ratios of 3xD, 5xD, 7xD and 10xD. These holders feature an enhanced flute design that helps improve chip evacuation an updated coolant configuration that increases flow and directs additional coolant to the cutting zone.
