The EZmaintain Cloud Based CMMS can integrate IoT sensors to measure temperature and vibration levels of equipment such as motors, gear boxes, generators and more. Sensors generate real-time data that is transmitted via the internet into the cloud-based CMMS. This CMMS works from desktop and mobile devices and allows users to add or configure temperature and vibration sensors via the CMMS dashboard. Users can mount sensors on various assets using a simple screw type mounting design. The CMMS is designed to provide low cost and easy setup for use in industrial and commercial applications.
