Engine Angel Fleet Management Software offers the use of piezo-electric, pressure-pulse sensors to quickly assess the mechanical integrity of any piston engine. By taking assessments at every oil change, Engine Angel tracks the rate-of-change to provide predictive failure analysis. Other features include prediction-based maintenance for tires, brakes and batteries; automated ECM data synchronization (currently available for DDEC); and the ability to do controlled evaluation of new technologies (fairings, fuel additives, tires, etc.) Customized alerting means maintenance managers don't have to search through reports, rather, they will receive notification before a problem arises.
