Customers Targeted Through E-Mail OnStation delivers the new OnStation ShopConnect™, the first fully automated customer retention and satisfaction solution that creates several types of e-mails that are automatically sent from the shop to the customer. These e-mails include reminders, targeted promotions, "Thank You" notes with customer satisfaction surveys, and online appointment confirmations. The system provides users with their CSI survey results and performance reports, as well as finding e-mail addresses for 20-30 percent of their customers in the management system.
