Part of Snap-on’s MicroLithium cordless power tools line, the 14.4V Cordless Infrared Temperature Gun, No. CTG761, allows the user to detect diagnostic temperatures for cabin airflow, evaporator, compressor and condenser operation, for radiator blockages, brakes, tire and racetrack set ups, and other temperature readings on the entire vehicle. Featuring a dual laser pointer that indicates the edges of the temperature circle, the CTG761 can measure a range of minus 58 to 1,832 degrees F. The Snap-on cordless temp gun is exact to +/- 3 degrees F and also offers adjustable emissivity from 0.3 to 1.00. The high contrast large display is clearly visible, even in bright sunlight and the continuous-on long term record function enables "watching" temperature changes over a period of time without pressing the trigger.
