The Streamlight Stinger HPL and Strion HPL flashlights offer three microprocessor-controlled, variable intensity modes plus a strobe function. The high-performance lumen lights include a multi-function, push-button switch for one-handed operation. On high, the Stinger shines up to 740 lumens and on low offers a run-time of more than four hours. The 9.23", 13.6 oz Stinger HPL is powered by a three-cell, 3.6V Ni-MH sub-C battery, and the 5.9", 5.2 oz Strion HPL is powered by a Li-ion battery. Both batteries are rechargeable up to 1,000 times and fit existing model chargers. The Stinger and Strion are 3m and 2m impact-resistance tested, respectively, are IPX4-rated for water-resistant operation, have casings fabricated from aircraft aluminum and include a limited lifetime warranty.
