The Snap-on 14.4V MicroLithium Color Display Cordless Temperature Gun, No. CTG861K1 is an infrared thermometer capable of measuring temperatures ranging from -58 degrees F all the way up to 1,832 degrees F. In addition to an adjustable emissivity from 0.3–1.0, the thermometer offers both non-contact and contact options. A Saturn Circle Sight laser pointer and 500ms response time allow for safe, precise readings, while the included battery offers 35 hours of continuous runtime on a single charge. The device also displays and records the minimum, maximum, and live temperature readings on a backlit high-contrast color LCD display that enables easy reading in the shop or under outside lighting.
