    Spies Hecker’s National Rule VOC compliant, scratch-resistant Permasolid HS Diamond Clear Coat 8450 combines durable vehicle refinish with easy application. It is a scratch-resistant clear coat that offers the ability to resist everyday aggression, such as that from automatic car washes. The scratch-resistant clear coat is based on Spies Hecker’s patented binder technology. Complete curing takes place at an object temperature of 140 degrees F/60 degrees C in 30 to 35 minutes.
