Epicor Appoints Rachel Barger as Chief Revenue Officer

Epicor announced Rachel Barger as chief revenue officer in a news release this week. With more than two decades of global technology leadership experience, Barger will be responsible for strategy and execution across global sales and recurring revenue teams to accelerate growth across the make, move, and sell economy.

Barger has led high-performing go-to-market organizations across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC. She has held senior leadership positions at UKG, Cisco, and SAP, where she focused on customer success, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.

As CRO, Barger will focus on deepening customer relationships, driving recurring revenue growth, and expanding and strengthening the partners. She will also create stronger cross-functional alignment to enhance customer outcomes and operational predictability globally.
