MAHLE receives an "A" rating in the category climate change for 2025 by the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP). The ratings confirm the company's consistent implementation of its sustainability strategy in which the set climate targets are validated externally by the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi).

Most notable is the improvement in the CDP subcategory "Risk Disclosure" for MAHLE. In 2025, MAHLE deepened its analysis of climate-related risks and implemented a tool for location-specific risk assessment. This allows the company to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities from climate change even more precisely.
