On Nov. 20, 2025, Walker Products, Inc. announced it had filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Central District of California, against Geoffrey A. Wilsey, InQBrands, Inc, and Jinhua "Floria" Xie, asserting claims for the trade secret misappropriation under Federal and State law, breach of contract, and intentional interference with prospective economic relations.

The defendant allegedly misused Walker's confidential and proprietary information to develop and market a competing oxygen sensor program. Additionally, Walker's complaint alleges that Wilsey, a former Vice President of Sales and Marketing, breached his employee agreement when disclosing and using Walker's proprietary information after his departure. Not only that, but Wilsey allegedly developed a competing line of automotive components during his employment with Walker.

“The protection of our confidential information and long-standing customer relationships is fundamental to Walker’s business,” the company said. “We are committed to vigorously enforcing our rights and safeguarding the integrity of our oxygen sensor program and related technologies."
