Juan Bernal has been appointed Director of Global Aftermarket Sales for Elgin Industries.
Bernal was previously Director of Business Development, Mexico, and Central America, for Old World Industries, based in Northbrook, Illinois. He joined that company in 2019 as Latin America Sales Manager after having held a similar position with Ecco Safety Group, Boise, Idaho. Before then he was Export Sales Director for ATP Automotive, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, and held international customer service and sales responsibilities for Old World Industries, respectively.
Elgin - established in 1919 - is a leading supplier of engine and chassis parts for original equipment, aftermarket replacement and high-performance vehicles and equipment. Elgin's headquarters and distribution complex is based in Elgin, Illinois.
As the new Director of Global Aftermarket Sales, Bernal will oversee all sales and customer development activities for Elgin's aftermarket business.
The company’s aftermarket product and brand portfolio includes Elgin® and Elgin PRO-STOCK® engine and chassis components and kits; Elgin PRO-STOCK Black Ice™ cryogenically treated performance parts, and Elgin RXEmedy™ engine chemicals.
