Tri-State Enterprises - an automotive aftermarket hard parts, consumeables and accessories warehouse distributor - has acquired Bristo Battery and Supply, located in Lubbock, Texas.
This acquisition increases Tri-State's ability to provide customers in West Texas with a larger range of automotive aftermarker products and logistical support.
The new facility will be branded as an Eagle Auto Parts location and operate for both distribution and a hard parts retail store.
