Litens Aftermarket hires Robert Pegrum as sales manager to drive growth

Litens Aftermarket N.A., offering the most complete portfolio of aftermarket belt drive products, announced the hiring of Robert "Bob" Pegrum as its new Aftermarket Sales Manager. With more than 20 years of experience in sales and account management, Pegrum will play a key role in expanding the company's sales and marketing efforts, particularly within its co-manufacturing and remanufacturing channels.

In his new role, Pegrum will partner with internal and external teams to enhance supply chain efficiency and accelerate business expansion. His responsibilities include collaborating with global sales teams to support manufacturing partners while ensuring regional alignment. He will also leverage sales analytics to guide pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and market expansion efforts. Additionally, Pegrum will lead quoting activities across multiple market segments, develop strategies that minimize channel conflict, and maintain critical information within Litens' CRM and ERP systems. This comprehensive approach positions him to optimize operations while fostering sustainable growth across all business areas.

Pegrum brings a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-value accounts as well as developing strategic sales initiatives. Most recently, Pegrum served as Strategic Account Manager at First Brands Group's Luber-finer HD Filtration, where he managed the company's largest heavy-duty accounts and more than $15 million in sales while overseeing key strategic distributors.

Prior to First Brands Group-Fram, Pegrum held key account management roles at Mann-Hummel Purolator Filters LLC, where he led sales efforts for high-profile clients such as Chrysler, Ford, and GM. His deep industry expertise and track record of supporting both OEM-OES and aftermarket clients position him well to support Litens' ongoing expansion.

Pegrum holds a bachelor of science in marketing and sales from Ferris State University.
