MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers is celebrating the fifth anniversary of its Women in Remanufacturing Network, which launched in August 2020 to coincide with the 100th anniversary of Women's Equality Day.
The Network has served as a platform for executives and professionals to connect and engage through structured conversations focused on professional development and industry advancement.

Since its inception, the Women in Remanufacturing Network has evolved into a comprehensive resource for personal and professional development within the aftermarket industry.

As the third woman ever promoted to the NBA's full-time officiating staff, Holtkamp-Sterling will discuss the concept of "opening the door just a bit wider" to develop a pipeline of female talent across industries.
