Delphi has expanded its aftermarket fuel management, steering & suspension, and vehicle electronics product line, according to a recent press release.
The expansion includes 59 first-to-market part numbers among the 465 new SKUs, with Delphi introducing 16 first-to-market part numbers in its fuel management portfolio.
New products added in the fuel management range include fuel pump hanger assemblies, fuel pump module assemblies, fuel tank sending units, and fuel transfer units, with 40 SKUs added in total.
The largest of the three expansions is in the steering & suspension categories, with 308 new SKUs being added to the line. 42 first-to-market components have been added, with new part offerings including alignment camber and alignment caster components, steering tie rod assemblies, suspension control arms, suspension stabilizers, lateral arm assemblies, and more.
In the vehicle electronics category, Delphi has added 117 new SKUs, with new parts including ABS wheel speed sensors, EGR valves, engine crankshaft position sensors, engine camshaft position sensors, ignition coils, ignition knock sensors, and vehicle speed sensors.
“This new parts number announcement is Delphi’s largest to date in 2025 and allows us to deliver some of the most crucial parts required on the most popular vehicles on the road,” said Hailey Long, Delphi’s director for category management, pricing, and catalog for North America. “This expansion is not only a testament to Delphi’s OE engineering capabilities but also supports the aftermarket and helps keep vehicles on the road.”
