East Penn Manufacturing Co. has been named one of America’s Best Employers for Women in 2025 by Forbes and Statista, according to a press release.
Forbes and Statista determined the list by using an independent survey from a sample of over 140,000 women working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S. The final score is based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry), with a much higher weighting for personal evaluations. The percentage of women serving on the organization’s leadership team was also incorporated into the final score.
This marks the second time that East Penn Manufacturing has been named to the list.
