• Standard Motor Products releases new part numbers across 35 categories in Q2

    Coverage added for late-model import and domestic vehicles across multiple powertrains.

    Standard Motor Products, Inc. released new part numbers across 35 product categories in Q2 of 2025, including new applications from SMP's Vehicle Control and Temperature Control divisions, according to a July 7 press release.

    The company expanded coverage for late-model import and domestic vehicles across multiple powertrains, with new applications in variable valve timing, turbocharging, and emission controls. Standard also added coverage in powertrain-neutral categories, including Park Assist Cameras.

    Active Grille Shutters were added for 4.3 million Stellantis vehicles as well as the 2023-21 Nissan Rogue, 2021-18 Volkswagen Jetta, and 2024-21 Toyota Sienna. New ABS Speed Sensors cover 4.5 million vehicles including the 2025-20 Ford Explorer and 2025-20 Nissan Sentra.

    Four Seasons added 22 new Hose Assemblies covering over 1.8 million vehicles, including Suction and Liquid Lines for the 2023-22 Hyundai Palisade and 2023-20 Hyundai Sonata. The brand also introduced Aluminum Heater Cores for the 2021-16 Mazda CX-3 and 2020-17 Toyota Yaris.
