Innova names Jon Holder VP, sales and marketing

Innova Electronics Corporation named Jon Holder vice president of sales and marketing for the Innova tool business.

“I am pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Holder to the position of vice president of sales and marketing,” said Mike Fitzgerald, executive vice president of sales and marketing for Innova. “In this role, Jon will be responsible for all tool sales to our customers as well as having responsibility for all the marketing activities of the Innova tool business. Jon’s background makes him very qualified in multiple areas and we expect Jon to bring a fresh and broad perspective to his new role.”

Prior to accepting his position with Innova, Holder was the chief sales officer for K&N Engineering, a performance automotive filter manufacturer. In this role, Holder was responsible for all revenue production within K&N and developed and managed sales teams in the retail, distribution, ecommerce and international channels.

Holder also served as the global vice president of sales for MagnaFlow, a manufacturer of performance exhaust and catalytic converters. At MagnaFlow, he hired and developed a new sales team that increased sales across multiple channels including distribution, retail, ecommerce, private label and international. In addition to his experience in the auto care industry, Holder has extensive experience in the health care and financial fields. A graduate of UCLA, Holder has served on the California Automotive Wholesalers’ Association (CAWA) Manufacturers Advisory Council.
