Why own diagnostic equipment? Joe Sevart from I70 Auto Service in Kansas City, Mo., and the 2014 NAPA/ASE Technician of the Year has a strategy. He discusses his thoughts on the aftermarket's only interview-based podcast.

Remarkable Results features weekly podcasts that aim to bring you fresh ideas that can inspire you to change or improve. There are two podcasts released each week — a service professional entrepreneur interview and an On-Point interview where the guest discusses a single subject that is industry related. The goal is to welcome successful service professional entrepreneurs to share their personal stories.

The podcasts are hosted by Carm Capriotto, a 35-year veteran of the automotive aftermarket industry.

Sevart is a dedicated family man, and that translates into his business. He believes in strong relationships with his customers, suppliers and all that work with and for his business. In this episode, Sevart talks about building customer relationships, how he values his supplier salespeople and that he will always hire smarter people than him.
