Some 2017-2018 Mazda CX-5 vehicles built before Sept. 11, 2018, may exhibit excessive body vibration/unusual noise when idling or driving after parking in extremely cold temperatures (-13 degrees Fahrenheit).
This may be caused by the No. 1 engine mount rubber hardening due to cold temperatures. To eliminate this concern, the material for the No. 1 engine mount rubber has been changed to increase the damping force under extremely cold temperatures.
