2010-2011 Infiniti vehicles equipped with power door locks can be set with the auto-lock and auto-unlock functions enabled or disabled. Some models may have additional functions that can only be changed with CONSULT.
The auto-lock function locks all doors when vehicle speed reaches 15 mph. The auto-unlock function automatically unlocks all doors when the ignition is placed in the OFF position (models with Intelligent Key system) or when the key is removed from the ignition (models without Intelligent Key system).
Make sure that power locks work properly by pressing the power lock and unlock switches.
To change the auto-unlock mode for testing purposes, close all doors. Then place the ignition switch in the ON position. Within 20 seconds, to change auto-unlock settings, push and hold the power door lock switch to the unlock position for more than 5 seconds. The hazard lights will flash when the mode change is confirmed.
Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then back ON again.

Only one mode change (auto-lock or auto-unlock) per ignition cycle is allowed. If the function does not perform as described here, refer to the ESM for further information.
