Bosch Technician Nation is an online platform designed for use as a resource for responding to vehicle issues. This online and on-tool platform is designed to be community driven by technicians, and allows them to access service trends that can be segmented by geography, vehicle and code. Techs are able to access the platform regardless of whether they are using diagnostics powered by Bosch or not. The platform will show what vehicle issues are trending in their area, and help them identify if their service problem is trending locally or nationally, to provide the best information to diagnose the information. Knowing the geographic occurrence of specific vehicle codes allows technicians to plan for tool and equipment purchases and anticipate the training they will need, the company says.
