The Hybrid Shop (THS) has joined the Carfax® Service Network. In addition to joining the Network, each participating location is automatically enrolled in the Carfax Service Loyalty Program, which helps grow service revenue by reaching new customers and increasing retention.
“As the leader in delivering exclusive, full-scale hybrid and electric vehicle services, our focus is on keeping current and potential customers informed on the real-world benefits of hybrid and electric vehicle ownership and how to maintain those benefits over time,” said Matt Curry, Chief Visionary Officer at The Hybrid Shop. “The Carfax Service Network provides dynamic customer relationship solutions that help us engage with new customers and keep current ones coming back, while ensuring their vehicles are well-maintained. We are thrilled to be the newest members of the Carfax Service Network and join two powerhouse organizations together in a game-changing relationship.”
The Hybrid Shop member franchises can take full advantage of the no-cost benefits of the Carfax Service Loyalty Program like Carfax® QuickVIN™ and Carfax® Service History Check™. Participating locations also are featured on Carfax® Vehicle History Reports™ and in the myCarfax app when car buyers and owners are looking for local shops to help keep their car well-maintained.
“We’re proud to welcome a cutting-edge business like The Hybrid Shop to our rapidly expanding Carfax Service Network family,” said Larry Gamache, communications director at Carfax. “Car owners of all types turn to Carfax to help them find a trusted place for service and repairs. Now, hybrid owners and buyers using Carfax can easily find The Hybrid Shop location nearest them to have their specialized vehicles cared for by the experts.”
More than 32,000 automotive service shops are Carfax Service Network members, including The Hybrid Shop. Carfax QuickVIN provides year/make/model and engine information using only vehicle license plates to help increase car count and eliminate parts-ordering errors. Carfax Service History Check shows reported maintenance details so service advisors can make better recommendations and find opportunities to increase ticket averages.
