Spark Interactive has launched Repair Shop Subscriptions, allowing repair shop owners to create a multi-tier monthly subscription program for auto care services.
"In the Netflix economy, consumers claim they are more likely to give a brand their business if the brand provides them a monthly subscription option," Spark Interactive said in a news release. "According to a recent study, motorists across the country said they would welcome a more convenient way to pay for their regular automotive repair services with an inclusive monthly subscription."
A monthly subscription service enables repair shop owners to enhance their customer's experience, while creating a more regular and predictable cash flow. And because customers are compelled to visit far more frequently to take advantage of their monthly member benefits, shops predictably see higher monthly revenues, the company said.
"Spark Interactive answered the call of motorists and shop owners alike with the launch of Repair Shop Subscriptions," the company said. "The online application gives business owners a no hassle way to offer their clients multi-tier subscription options."
It takes just 10 minutes for shop owners to get set up with their customized subscription portal, complete with their own logo and various services identified at each subscription level. The Repair Shop Subscriptions application handles the monthly billing, and shop owners can use the platform with no monthly fees. The cost of the service is recovered as a percentage of the amount charged to the motorist, which includes the card processing fees.
