According to the 2015 Oil Survey of Fleet Maintenance readers, only 10.7 percent respondents say they do not use synthetic products in their fleets. Meanwhile, about 81.8 percent said they use synthetic transmission fluid, while 72.2 percent said they used synthetic differential grease. Less than half the respondents (47.6 percent) said they use synthetic engine oil.
