In his presentation to the Plug-In Electric Vehicle Infrastructures USA 2011, Herbert Halamek, key project manager of e-Mobility Solutions at Continental, revealed the company’s strategies on how to adopt a global approach to e-Mobility, enable smart charging capabilities, deliver advanced services via open platforms and maximize commercial reach.

Held earlier this year, the meeting was an international gathering during which participants discussed the state of the industry, as well as the nuances critical to capitalize on the initial momentum of plug-in vehicles.
