LAS VEGAS – MOTOSHOP® Technology ToolsSM, a product portfolio of Web-based technologies for commercial shop owners and technicians offered by Advance Auto Parts, is bringing new solutions to the automotive industry through strategic partnerships with AAA Club Partners, MOTOR Information Systems, and R.O. Writer shop management software.

The suite of MOTOSHOP services delivers easy to use and cost-effective options to optimize all essential automotive aftermarket shop functions, including repair and diagnostic information, shop marketing and reputation management, training, shop management and more.

“Customers appreciate the breadth of problems that can be solved by using products available from MOTOSHOP,” said Jad Dunning, Vice President and General Manager of MOTOSHOP Technology Tools. “Aligning our products with other industry-leading organizations is a testament to the ease-of-use and functionality inherent in everything we design for shop owners and technicians at MOTOSHOP.”

AAA Club Partners (ACP), part of the most trusted auto club in America, leverages MotoREV Shop Marketing® tools to streamline communication with its members and automate marketing efforts across a network of hundreds of auto repair facilities.

“At ACP, we are committed to using best-in-class tools to build strong, trusted relationships with repair shops and car owners,” said Tom Rideout, ACP’s Managing Director of Innovation. “MotoREV’s broad set of features was the obvious partner to make it happen.”

The MOTOR Labor Guide, a trusted aftermarket industry resource, is now integrated into MotoLOGIC® Repair & Diagnostics and available to all customers. MotoLOGIC now includes more than 26 million articles of unedited, OE data, and will be integrated with MOTOR’s web-based mobile estimating tool, Selectline. Commercial shops using Selectline can easily access MotoLOGIC’s fast and accurate search functionality to drive efficiency in the repair process.

“Shops need modern tools for quickly and accurately quoting jobs,” said Steven Birdsall, MOTOR’s Chief Operating Office and Executive Vice President. “We believe that the combination of Selectline’s simple estimating functions with MotoLOGIC’s comprehensive diagnostics information delivers unique value to our shop customers.”

Leading Shop Management Software provider R.O. Writer will also harness the power of MotoLOGIC to satisfy the repair and diagnostic information needs of their customers.

”MotoLOGIC has taken a leadership position in the repair and diagnostics category,” said Richard Forness, Vice President and General Manager of R.O. Writer. “By offering access to MotoLOGIC directly in R.O. Writer, our customers will service car owners effectively and efficiently, getting their vehicles back on the road quickly.”
