CRP Automotive offers a new range of AAE electric power steering (EPS) racks for the 2011-2014 Ford F-150.
The company says the EPS racks are available just in time to meet the growing demand for high quality replacement.
The rack is hard to find outside of the dealer network because the design uses a very specialized belt to help drive the power assist mechanism. But CRP Automotive says it has the solution with a completely remanufactured rack that is competitive and better than new.
The AAE rack exceeds OE specifications and features key improvements including new OE bearing, boots, clamps, and tie rods. The most significant improvement is the new harmonically balanced and tensioned drive belt, which is actually better than the OE belt and less prone to failure, according to the company.
Each rack is electrically load-tested and checked for internal faults to ensure OE performance. AAE offers two different racks for the F-150 to cover both towing package options and come with a 2-year/24,000-mile warranty.
