Racing fans will have an opportunity to chat live with NASCAR Sprint Cup driver and Champion brand spokesperson Kevin Harvick tonight (July 11) at 7 p.m. ET through Federal-Mogul’s #ChampionChat program.

Each live #ChampionChat session enables fans to connect with the driver of the Richard Childress Racing No. 29 Chevrolet and learn more about the “Performance Driven” Champion brand of spark plugs, filters, wiper blades and performance chemical additives.

Harvick will answer questions for 30 minutes via Twitter and TweetChat.com, and then devote an additional 30 minutes responding to questions on the VYou.com conversational video site. Fans can ask questions simply by logging on to TweetChat.com or Federal-Mogul’s @ChampionParts Twitter feed and adding the #ChampionChat hashtag to the end of their tweet. Harvick will respond to as many tweets as possible during the session.

Response to the #ChampionChat program continues to grow with each monthly session. The June chat, which was featured in an ESPN.com story, generated hundreds of tweets reaching hundreds of thousands of fans, Federal-Mogul reports.

“We’re now exceeding one million impressions during these chats, which is a significant achievement for the Champion product lines,” says Federal-Mogul Brand Strategy Manager Jessica Wynn. “Kevin has built a huge following, and we’re pleased Champion can help these fans connect with him on a more personal level.”
