Brent Windom Will Lead Integration of Pep Boys and Auto Plus

Icahn Enterprises LP completed the acquisition of Pep Boys, an automotive aftermarket chain, on Feb. 4, 2016. Icahn acquired Auto Plus, a distributor of automotive aftermarket parts, in June 2015.

Windom, who has more than 30 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket, previously served as president and CEO of Auto Plus.

The united organization has over 20,000 associates in 27 distribution centers and 1,069 corporate locations, comprised of 264 Auto Plus stores, 561 Pep Boys Supercenters, five Pep Boys retail-only locations and 239 Pep Boys Service & Tire Centers.

In addition, the company supports more than 530 independently owned stores and over 2,400 independently owned service centers across the nation.

The combined leadership team for Auto Plus and Pep Boys follows.

John Holt is senior vice president, service sales and operations. He will develop and execute the strategy for growing Pep Boys' service business in its Supercenters and Service & Tire Centers. Holt previously served as the vice president of service for Pep Boys.

Wade Sharp is senior vice president, store sales and operations for Auto Plus and Pep Boys. Sharp most recently served as senior vice president, store sales and operations for Auto Plus.

Pete Bednarzyk is senior vice president, supply chain, for Auto Plus and Pep Boys. Bednarzyk previously served as senior vice president, supply chain for Auto Plus.

Gary Desai is senior vice president and chief information officer for Auto Plus and Pep Boys. Most recently, he was the chief information officer for Auto Plus.

Mike Englert is chief financial officer for Auto Plus and Pep Boys. He previously served in roles including chief financial officer and vice president, finance for Auto Plus.

Matt Flannery is senior vice president, general counsel. Most recently, Flannery served as vice president, general counsel at Auto Plus.

Richard Mattiussi is senior vice president, merchandising and marketing, for Auto Plus and Pep Boys. Mattiussi previously served as vice president of independent sales for Auto Plus.
