CTEK Power Inc. says its Comfort Indicator requires only a glance to know a battery’s true state of charge. The CTEK accessories series is designed to make checking and charging a 12-volt battery easy.

The CTEK Comfort Indicator reveals the current state of the battery’s charge by just looking at it. Three LED lights show the percentage of the battery’s charge.

A green light means the battery is okay and does not need to be charged. The yellow light means the battery should be charged soon, and the red light means the battery needs charging right away to avoid harmful sulfation and stratification.

With the indicator’s long lead wires, the light module can be mounted in a position where it is seen from outside the vehicle and without having to raise the hood.
