The Automotive Aftermarket Charitable Foundation (AACF) wants to remind aftermarket companies and their employees that they are here to help those affected by Hurricane Sally and the ongoing fires in the Western United States.
"We need the aftermarket industry to help us get the word out to persons that may not be aware of our Foundation and the help we can provide," said Joel Ayres, Executive Director of AACF. "We are asking our industry partners in the media, associations, and manufacturing companies for assistance in this effort," Ayres continued; "The fires continue to rage and we know this latest hurricane is just the beginning of a long season."
"Our intention is to explore every avenue possible to identify aftermarket families that might need our help during these natural disasters that are happening during an already stressful time with the Pandemic," said AACF President, Lynn Parker.
"While we need the generous support of our industry if we want to be in a position to respond; companies can also help by becoming an AACF Awareness Partnerassisting in letting their employees know of our services," Parker added.
"This has been a great partnership for our organization because as we know the most valuable asset we have is our employees," said AACF Awareness Partner, Miles Monhollen of Dorman Products. "We will continue to stay involved with AACF and hope our company can support them in their mission."
