Auto Care Association announces Sara G. Green as director of membership

The Auto Care Association announced Sara G. Greene as the association's director of membership.  

The Auto Care Association today announced Sara G. Greene as the director of membership, where she will be responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for the Auto Care Association’s member recruitment and retention efforts, while developing strong relationships with internal staff serving as the conduit to its 3,000 member companies.

In her role as membership director, Greene will work closely with the association’s Strategic Development department to provide recommendations for growing key member segments, while creating and supporting the association’s goals. Greene will also be responsible for researching new trends and implementing strategies to increase me
mber engagement, diversity and retention. Additionally, Greene will lead domestic and international membership growth strategies for opportunities that are made available through the development of new products and services. One of the major initiatives Greene will execute is the implementation of processes to leverage data and technology in order to facilitate a more tailored, member-centric experience.Greene brings to the association nearly 14 years of experience at the National Retail Federation, where she held numerous membership-specific roles, including most recently the role of senior director of member engagement and strategic partnerships. In her previous role, Greene led the execution and evaluation of the National Retail Federation’s member engagement strategy, member programs and services and strategic partnerships. Prior to joining the National Retail Federation, Greene spent three years as a marketing coordinator with MAXIMUS Ticket to Work Program, where she organized and implemented strategic marketing plans. Greene graduated summa cum laude from Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing.
