Auto Care Association to host teleforum on maintaining relationships with commercial customers

The Auto Care Association's Manufacturers' Reps Council will host a teleforum discussing best practices to maintain positive relationships with commercial customers before, during and after their customer service experience with your business.

Customer service interactions are an important part of how your commercial customers view the service provided by manufacturers and manufacturers’ rep agencies. The Auto Care Association’s Manufacturers’ Reps Council will host a one-hour teleforum with industry leaders discussing the best practices and approaches to maintaining positive relationships with commercial customers before, during and after their customer service experience with your business. The teleforum will take place Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 1 p.m. EDT.

Topics to be discussed during the teleforum include:

  • How each channel of distribution defines and perceives customer service;
  • The role and value of product managers in commercial customer relations;
  • After-sales service – how to maintain a positive relationship with your commercial customers;
  • Additional services manufacturers and rep agencies could provide to enhance customer relations; and more.

The teleforum will be moderated by Larry Northup, senior director, community engagement, Auto Care Association.
