If You Aren’t Moving Forward, You’re Falling Behind

Jan. 1, 2020
Among the management gurus present at the event were ATI’s Matt Winslow, Bill Haas of Haas Performance Consulting, AdvisorFix’s Jeremy O’Neal, Rodger Bland from GEARS magazine, and Danny Sanchez of Autoshop Solutions.

Atlanta – NACE Automechanika attendees were provided with a lot of opportunity over the three-day event. One, a variety of co-hosted events that addressed nearly every segment of the automotive industry. Two, a world class trade show that highlighted both collision and mechanical repair industry leaders. Three, a technical training event that brought the best trainers in the country to Atlanta. And four, management experts that were there to help shop owners in both segments grow their business.

Students learned best practices in hiring and keeping employees, financial management and asset protection, the importance of safeguarding your social media reputation and much more. And because of the small class sizes, attendees were able to interact more one-on-one with the instructors, an enhancement to any learning experience.

Most of these instructors donated their time to bring their expertise to Atlanta. And I, for one, appreciate their participation. I am confident that the attendees that took the time to listen to their hard won advice will only find their businesses moving onward and upward. Isn’t that what keeps you in business?
