May 31, 2018
Epicor Software Corporation named the latest winners in its monthly sweepstakes for automotive service businesses using the Epicor Integrated Service Estimator (ISE) parts-sourcing and service-estimating solution.

Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, today announced two winners for the month of April in its ongoing sweepstakes for automotive service providers using Epicor Integrated Service Estimator(ISE) software. First-place winner Josh Hargrove of Grease Monkey, Ellenwood, Ga., and second-place winner James Miller of Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers, Tampa, Fla., each will receive a free professional-grade Innova scan tool for participating in the sweepstakes, which ends May 31, 2018.

Since last December, automotive service providers using Epicor ISE software have been able to earn one free sweepstakes entry automatically for each order generated and completed through the powerful mechanical service-estimating and parts-sourcing solution. Epicor has randomly selected two winners each month to receive either an Innova 5160 CarScan PRO tool (First-Place Prize) or an Innova 5100 CarScan ABS/SRS tool (Second-Place Prize).

“Automotive service businesses across the U.S. are leveraging Epicor ISE software to increase sales, margins, and shop productivity, while concurrently earning multiple opportunities to win a free professional-grade Innova scan tool,” said Stephen Gannon, senior director, automotive, product management and product development, Epicor. “This exciting promotion ends soon, but automotive service providers still have a chance to win one of the final prizes just by continuing to use the Epicor ISE solution daily.”

Used by thousands of tire dealerships, oil-and-lube facilities, transmission service business, tune-up specialists, and general repair shops, Epicor ISE software supplies users with all the necessary information to identify, price, and source any of thousands of replacement parts and accurately estimate labor for virtually any repair or maintenance service job – all without picking up the telephone.

The Epicor ISE solution is powered by the Epicor industry-leading replacement parts database, as well as popular repair and maintenance packages, an aftermarket flat-rate labor guide, OEM-recommended vehicle service intervals information, a VIN decoder, cross-reference parts database, and more. In addition, an optional, mobile “Smart Inspection” feature is designed to improve service bay productivity by allowing technicians to record the condition of key vehicle systems and components during comprehensive, guided inspections.

To date, Epicor has awarded 10 of the 12 available prizes. To learn more about the ISE solution and the sweepstakes promotion, contact your Epicor representative or visit www.epicor.com/ISEsweeps.
