How to pursue vehicle recall repair work

Using new shop management system features can keep your customers coming to you to fix vehicle recalls instead of dealerships.

As technology increases in vehicles, so do the number of vehicle recalls.

Independent repair shops that don’t want their customers going to the dealer for recall repairs, may want to pursue that business.

Of course, it all starts by getting the repair information from OEMs. Some shop management systems can access this information quickly, which can give you a head start on getting the business.
