Training is needed to have a skilled team of employees, and successful training takes careful and thoughtful planning.

The first step in developing a training plan is to assign this responsibility to a key administrator or manager, who will establish job roles and create learning plans for each role. This designated person also needs to assign the right people to these roles and hold them accountable for their training.

Designating the right person to this role is important because it allows your company to take an active role in the growth of your employees and ensures that they develop the skills they need to be successful.
