Rotary Lift video focuses on superior customer support

Rotary Lift’s new video provides a behind-the-scenes look at the people responsible for getting Genuine Rotary Parts™ to users worldwide.

When customers need new standard wear parts for their vehicle lifts, Rotary Lift will ship those parts within 24 hours. This policy is one of the many things that set the company apart from the competition. Rotary Lift’s new video, Raised in Madison: Parts Department, provides a behind-the-scenes look at the people responsible for getting Genuine Rotary Parts to users worldwide. Watch the video at www.rotarylift.com/Raised-In-Madison.

“Providing for our customers means more than just building industry-leading car and truck lifts,” says Ron Lainhart, parts and service manager for Rotary Lift. “It also includes offering outstanding support and replacement parts, so our lifts provide their users with years of service. At Rotary Lift, we stock more than 5,000 part numbers, so our customers can get what they need fast. We’ve invested a lot of resources in our parts operations, and are excited to highlight our efforts in this new Raised in Madison video.”

The Raised in Madison campaign was launched last year to show the pride and craftsmanship Rotary Lift employees put into their work at the company’s Madison, Ind., manufacturing and assembly plants. In the new video, Rotary Lift’s parts department workers talk about the company’s extensive shipping and inventory system, and the teamwork that goes into fulfilling every Genuine Rotary Parts order.

Genuine Rotary Parts are the only replacement parts that should be used on Rotary Lift vehicle lifts. They are manufactured to Rotary Lift’s exact measurements and tolerances, while aftermarket or imitation parts are reverse-engineered and may not use the same materials and dimensions as the originals they are copying. This could compromise the lift’s performance or lifespan, causing more maintenance and downtime in the future. Aftermarket parts can also void a lift’s Automotive Lift Institute (ALI) certification, since ALI certification covers all of the lift’s lifting components.

While the parts department team strives to ship each order as quickly as possible, customers working with a Rotary Authorized Installer (RAI) can get their lifts back on the job even faster, since RAIs keep most common Genuine Rotary Parts in stock. RAIs are factory-trained distributors who serve as the exclusive providers of Rotary Lift warranty work. RAIs can also be relied on for required annual lift inspections, since Rotary Lift requires that each RAI company have at least one ALI Certified Lift Inspector on staff. The extensive RAI network covers all 50 states and most metropolitan areas, which helps ensure fast service.

“All vehicle lifts need to be maintained over time, but few lift manufacturers offer the support and service that Rotary Lift does,” says Lainhart. “That’s why you have to do your homework and not just buy a lift based on its upfront cost.”
